Things people ask first.
Eight to sixteen weeks for a v1, depending on scope. Discovery is two weeks, design is three, build is eight to twelve. We share a phase-by-phase plan in our first written response, before any contract.
Most v1 builds land between €40k and €180k. We quote per phase, not per hour, so you know what a deliverable costs before we start it. Discovery is fixed at €8k, refundable against the build if we keep going.
Yes. Day one. You get the GitHub org, the cloud account, the design files, the docs. We do not use any proprietary frameworks that lock you in.
Often, yes. We have three modes: lead the build solo, embed alongside your team, or hand off after design. We will suggest the one that fits in our first call.
You can. We replan at the end of each two-week sprint and renegotiate the remaining scope. We just do not accept mid-sprint scope changes. Nobody ships a quality build that way.
